Hello, my name is Marc Aubin and I’m the owner of Marc Aubin and Associates. I was raised on a farm in Northern Alberta. My first love is my Insanely Perfect family (Yes Be Jealous) Colette my wife of 30 years and our 4 beauties. When it comes to hobby’s it’s always been Autobody. I’ve been in Real Estate now for 20. I started as a Real Estate Agent in my hometown. Where I worked primarily as an Ag Agent. After about 1 year in the industry, I realized that I need to own and operate my own Real Estate Brokerage. I upgraded my education and became a Real Estate Broker.
MY VIEWS on REAL ESTATE:
As with any industry, you love some days and other days, not so much. When it comes to the sale and purchase of real estate, I have one rule “ZERO EMOTIONS”. The reason is simple. We live in a forever changing, fast paced world and real estate is no different. Gone are the days of carrying your Spouse over the threshold and only moving out when going to an old folks home. With that said, your future Profits and Losses are “ALWAYS” created at the point of purchase. If you pay the right price, based on an unemotional decision, you are ahead on the money-making game. Make this your 1st rule and you will sleep better at night.
